Unused credits
If you purchased a credit but did not use it, contact support and include the account email used at checkout.
Failed optimizations
If a technical failure prevents the optimized resume from being generated, contact support. We may restore the credit or issue a refund after review.
Completed drafts
Because AI-assisted resume drafts are delivered digitally, completed optimizations are generally not refundable unless required by law or approved by support due to a service issue.
